First-year maintenance
Every new install or upgrade includes two maintenance visits in the first twelve months, at no extra cost.

Ongoing service
After year one, a flat per-visit rate covers a full system check and filter clean, with parts charged separately.

24-hour breakdown

Do you maintain what you install?
Yes. Every new install or upgrade includes two maintenance visits in the first twelve months at no extra cost. After that, a flat per-visit rate covers ongoing checks, and our maintenance tech is on call for breakdowns.
If our cool room or freezer breaks down after hours, will you come out?
Yes. Our dedicated maintenance tech covers after-hours breakdown calls, because a cool room holding tens of thousands of dollars in stock can't wait until Monday.
Are you qualified and insured?
All Standby tradesmen are Certificate 3 trade qualified. Standby is an ARC member with a refrigerant purchasing licence, an NSW Government rebate installer and carries $20M public liability insurance.
