How we fit into your build schedule
We work directly with your site manager or project lead to lock in piping and commissioning around your program. Pricing stays consistent from house to house within a development, so there's no re-negotiating on job five because the market moved. If a spec changes partway through a build, we'll tell you what that does to the price and the timeline before it becomes a problem on site.

We show up organised and on time, and we communicate early if something's going to hold up another trade. Every technician holds a Certificate 3 trade qualification, and we carry $20M public liability insurance and run SWMS and site inductions on every job, so there's no compliance gap for your site to cover. Once the system's in, we're also the ones who service it. If a homeowner calls back with a fault six months after handover, that call comes to us, not you.

Do you price consistently across a whole development, or job by job?
Consistently. Once we've quoted a standard spec for a development, that price holds for every house that matches it, unless the client changes the spec. You won't get a different number on house twelve than you got on house one.
Can you work to our build program, not just your own schedule?
Yes, that's how we prefer to work. We lock in piping and commissioning dates against your program upfront and flag early if anything's going to slip, so your site manager gets the update before they need to ask for it.
What happens if a homeowner has a problem with the aircon after handover?
They call us. We install it and we maintain it, including a free first year of servicing, so warranty and fault calls don't land back on your desk.
Are your tradesmen qualified to work on a licensed building site?

Do you only work on new builds, or also renovations and multi-unit developments?
All three. Single new builds, renovations and multi-unit developments are all work we do regularly. The main thing we need upfront is your program and the spec for each dwelling.
