Every new install or upgrade includes two maintenance visits in the first twelve months at no extra cost.

Ongoing service
After year one, a flat per-visit rate covers a full check and filter clean, with parts charged separately (a fan motor, for example, gets billed on top of the visit).
Step 3
After-hours breakdown
If a cool room or freezer room fails outside business hours, call Standby and our dedicated maintenance tech takes it from there.
